Privacy Policy & Legal Protection

Personal Information & Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary to provide behavioral health navigation. This includes identification for guardians and minors, contact details, and brief background information provided during inquiry. We only collect what is essential to coordinate intervention support and ensure family safety.

Service Use & Support Boundaries

Fuller Support Care provides navigation and intervention guidance. Our services are designed to help families bridge the gap between recognizing a need and accepting professional treatment. By using our services, families acknowledge that our role is non-clinical and aimed at facilitating preparedness for formal care pathways.

Consent & Participation of Minors

When working with individuals under 18, we strictly adhere to children’s privacy standards. Participation of a minor requires explicit consent from a legal guardian. We prioritize the safety and dignity of the young person while ensuring parents are empowered with strategies to support their minor children effectively.

No Emergency or Medical Care

Fuller Support Care is not a medical provider, clinical practice, or emergency service. All information provided is for educational and navigation purposes. In a crisis or emergency, always contact 911 or local emergency services immediately. Our interventions do not replace professional mental health or medical treatment.

Confidentiality & Limits

We maintain high standards of privacy for all family dynamics shared. However, we are bounded by limits of confidentiality regarding individual safety. If there is a declared intent to harm self or others, or suspected abuse of a minor, we are ethically and legally obligated to notify appropriate protective services.

Contact for Requests & Questions

Families have the right to request access to or deletion of their shared information. For any questions regarding our terms, children's privacy protections, or data usage, please contact us directly at info@fullersupportcare.com. We are committed to transparency and family peace of mind.

Children’s Privacy Protection

At Fuller Support Care, we are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of children and minors under 18. Given the nature of our behavioral health navigation services, we collect personal information about children only with the explicit, informed consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA standards.

Any data collected concerning a minor is used exclusively to facilitate intervention support and care navigation. Parents have the right to review their child's information, request its deletion, or withdraw consent at any time. We encourage families to contact Gussie Carr Fuller directly at info@fullersupportcare.com with any specific questions regarding their child’s data safety.
